0:13.2	What's up, T tribe? Welcome back. I am so excited to talk to you guys today. I'm in New Jersey and boy, oh my gosh, I'm like burping 11 seconds into the podcast. I'm so sorry for that.
0:14.7	I'm in New Jersey and it's been really, really, really, really hectic.
0:19.9	I moved cross country for three months.
0:23.8	I don't even know how I'm already like halfway through May.
0:26.3	I feel like these three months are gonna go so quickly.
0:30.2	And so much has happened, so much so that I lost my mind last week.
0:37.0	I haven't been that down in the dumps in a really long time and I pinpointed now what was happening and I journaled I talked to
0:49.1	Sean about it I wrote it down I got it all out and I'm feeling literally like a different person. It feels like night and day.
0:57.2	But let's just backtrack a little bit. So first of all, we did the move. We spent a few nights in Hoboken, well I spent a few nights in Hoboken at my sisters. Sean met me in Jersey. Then we spent a few nights at my parents, then we went to
1:17.0	Montauk, that was so much fun, and then we moved into our place. So it was a lot of

1:23.2	and I really think I underestimated the toll
1:26.0	that it was going to take on Chai and therefore on me.
1:30.8	So also in the last two weeks or so I started writing on Stubstack. I can't say it, Substack, which is basically like a blogging platform for writers, which has been so fun because the way I got my start in my career was from, you know, writing and blogging.
1:49.0	So it's really fun to be back to my roots, like even if no one reads it I don't care it's
1:53.0	therapeutic and fun for me but I am publishing a post on Thursday and I will
1:57.1	give you guys a little sneak peek here about it because I want to talk
2:00.9	about everything I learned week one of living with my boyfriend.
