There have been times when you get a text from Ryan that just says hi, it is.

It can be either he wants to talk about something amazing or something like so, so, so, so bad.

So I very rarely gotten the scary calls, but like when you do, he is so scary because he's very matter of fact.

He doesn't really yell.

I'm Chris Burns and I am so excited to be here with

our special guest for the whole episode from Owning Manhattan, Chloe Tucker Kane. Chloe,

how are you? I'm so good. I'm so happy to be here. I'm so happy to have you. You were a star

in Owning Manhattan season one and season two, might I add.

So I can't wait to go through the episodes with you. And later, I will be talking to Jade.

So we'll talk a little bit about what's going on there as well, maybe. You know, no tea can go unheated up.

It was nice to see that you guys sort of patched things up and you were coming back

from maternity leave. Do you feel like the maternity leave is what sort of made you put your guard down

in regards to Jade? I definitely think that was part of it. Having a baby definitely changes you

in a lot of ways and you get a lot

of perspective on things. But I also just think it was the time of it all. I really realized where

I went wrong with everything that happened with her. And the time away, it made the possibility

of reflection and just kind of just being like okay what was my part in

this what can I do differently and how do we actually move this friendship forward that made the

biggest difference so for those that are unaware you've been friends with jade since long before

the show started oh yeah we've been friends for years.

We really got into real estate together.
