Today's podcast, I'm interviewing acquaintance of mine from 20 some years ago when I was spending some time

at the University of Gainesville, University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. And I had the

opportunity to meet Heather Mitz at the time. And later on, I saw her grow to stardom.

She's one of only four women to be a three-time Olympic gold medalist in soccer.

And she's just really made a lot of waves on also giving back and turning that into kind of a gold medal mentality on coaching others to do the same, as well as her commitment to fitness and health.

And now she is the awesome mother of three and entering a new stage in her life and applying

the same principles that she learned through athletics and through excelling at a super

high level and about overcoming to

become.
