0:54.3	LA but is so LA this week. The Owens Lake has water in it again for the first time in nearly a hundred years.
1:05.2	Now what is the Owens Lake and why do we care about this lake that's 200 miles away?
1:10.6	Well the Owens Lake was LA's first real water source. And without the Owens Lake, there is no Los Angeles. I'll explain.

1:28.5	It's one of the most unique and amazing art installations in the world, which was created over the course of 33 years
1:36.8	by a 4 foot 10 Italian immigrant with zero formal training, and he built 17 amazing structures with objects that he found while walking back and forward to work.
