I want to start off on an article that just literally jumped off my computer the other

day because I think there's so many of you out there right now that need to hear this

and I don't mind being the bad guy.

It's an article from the Harvard Business Review written by Sarah Green Carmichael, here's

the headline.

The research is clear, long hours backfire for people and for companies.

Now some of you are already scoffing, going, Ken please spare me.
