settings. Now, this may not be enough or actually it's not enough to give you a just one reason to ask for consent to search, but it certainly does add to the totality of the circumstances when you're collectively looking at all the

things, all the reasons and reasonable suspicions that you've totaled up to give you

the right in New Jersey to ask for consent to cert. I know it's different in other

states but this applies to everybody all over the country.

If you're stopping a car and you're smelling that really, really strong odor of a masking agent

or an air freshener or a friezer, you're noticing febrieze or you're noticing a felony forest.

with people trying to mask od voters for drugs and narcotics.
