I woke up this morning and I usually do a Sunday check-in on Instagram

which is kind of a catch-all Q&A but also confessions and how you're feeling and if you need any

advice that sort of thing and I do that on my Instagram stories but today I woke up and I thought, I want to do sort of a Sunday check-in, but this will be more of a Wednesday check-in when this goes live and podcast about it.
