Hey guys, welcome back to thick and thin with me Katie Bilotti and I don't know if

the audio sounds different on your end but I'm definitely recording in a

different space and I feel like there's an

echo but maybe not I'm not really entirely sure but I'm sitting in my new

apartment actually right now and I just can't believe this just feels so right me sitting here

recording you know in this new space that I'm just so in love with that I can't wait to

reveal to you guys very soon, tell you guys all the details I will not be sparing.

Well, I'll be sparing some, but you know, I'll be sharing as much as I want to because as you'll hear later in the episode,

I'm going to talk a little bit about this concept or my latest ism.

You guys know I love my isms and my like you know psychological theories and all those things and I recently

discovered a new ism called essentialism and I can't wait to share with you guys more about that because it kind of surrounds or revolves around the idea of being a bit more selective with things and the big one the big

thing that I'm going to be more selective about in coming months coming years just

like you know in the considerable future is with the things that I share

because as much as I love being super transparent and honest about things that are difficult

to be honest about,

which is what I love doing.

I feel like there's a way to do that

while still preserving some things that are just special

to me that the whole world does not need to see and

know about and so anyway long story short I will be sharing more details about my

move about just moving forward, you know, what my space
