Understanding your mind as the battlefield of good and evil, and it is. And this is what Paul says in 2 Corinthians,

a very important scripture.

This is 2nd Corinthians 10.3.

Though we walk in the flesh,

we do not war according to the flesh.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,

but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.

Casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God,

bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

Even though we're walking in the flesh,

there's an invisible war going on around us

that is not in the flesh.

And God has equipped us for victory in that battle.

But we have to engage in that battle.

And it says here,

the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,

but mighty and God for pulling down strongholds, what the devil has in every one of our minds.

When you get saved, every single person has multiple strongholds in their minds.

No one is born saved.

Everyone is born lost into a world that is corrupted.

And in that world, whether it's your family, whether it's entertainment, whether it's just your own thoughts,
