And today I wanted to talk about three common misconceptions around meditation, likely the three biggest barriers to you actually committing

to a daily meditation practice. These are things that I hear day in and day out and things that I

would love to empower you to move beyond so that you can really access your full performance capabilities.

So the first thing that I hear from people who want to meditate,

but feel like they just can't, is Emily, I just don't have time. I know that it's good for me. I know

there's thousands of scientific studies, but have you seen my schedule? I'm busy. And to this,

I say, you likely haven't found a style of meditation that's for you yet because if

your meditation practice is not giving you more time in your day then we got to talk right because

if you have a practice that's designed for you and not a monk then you should be getting a return

on your time investment right away meaning for for a 15-minute time investment in your meditation practice,
