social anxiety in various social situations. Now, I want to preface this with the knowledge that

there are different levels. You might be very comfortable. You might be listening to this and think, well, I'm pretty comfortable in social settings, but there are different levels.

Everybody has a little bit of social anxiety. And everybody in some situations, whether, you know,

you're connecting with the boss or you're approaching, you know, somebody that you find

attractive for the first time. We all feel that

anxiety within us. So we're going to talk about the three different stages of social anxiety

and the three different levels that most people are at. So there's the basic or beginner,

there's the medium or moderate, and then there's the advanced. And so we're going to talk about
