On today's episode, we are interviewing a dear friend of mine.

Her name is Alana Pratt, and she is absolutely incredible, so incredible that this is the second time I've had her on the podcast.

I've also been on her podcast as well and we're talking about neediness that's why we're

talking about neediness and neediness is is something that just comes up all

the time all the time, all the time, especially when I'm working

with coaching clients. I'm actually working with a few clients right now where we're specifically

talking about their neediness with some of the women that they're dating.

And what's great is we're working through it and we're actually solving the issues.

So we're getting them to the point where they're becoming less needy with the women that they're with.

And there is a way to do that.

And I'll give you a little hint.

One, it starts with being busy and focusing on yourself,

and two, building yourself esteem. And we're gonna go even deeper into that today with Alana. So I'm very

excited about that. And just a few updates here. I want to thank anyone who has

appreciate you know anyone who leaves a review even if it's a bad review I just like to see what's going on even though a lot of the bad reviews are always written so poorly and are very truly but either way I appreciate it must mean I'm doing a pretty good job and that makes me happy because it's interesting with

podcasts you don't get feedback you really don't I get to see download numbers so I

get to see which podcast episodes do better than others but that doesn't really do much.
