1:21.6 | Hey guys. Advice column coming at you live. |
2:34.6 | Greatest advice you've ever heard coming at you live. I am in a foul mood. I'm in the worst mood. I honestly slept so good last night, so I don't know why. Because usually, you know, if you have like a bad night or something. Are you in your ludial phase? Yes. Well, that's all you need to know. Yeah. You don't really need another reason. But I've never really related to that when people like, I'm in my luteal. I'm like, I don't get it. Like I feel like I'm in a bad mood when I'm on my period, not in my luteal phase. But maybe something's switching because I'm not, I'm not feeling it today. And I don't know. I think it was just like a hectic weekend. And so I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed maybe or like overstimulated or something. Mondays after a crazy weekend where you don't feel recharge from the weekend are always just. I think that's what it is. I think that's what it is. Shock. Just like, no. I have to go now five more days before another weekend. Like that didn't even feel like a weekend. Yeah. That's kind of what it is is I'm not feeling recharged at all, even though I did sleep. You know, I had, whatever, just boring stuff that we don't need to chat through. But. Yeah. I will say, me and Nick were talking about it last night. He's like, I just feel like I don't really get like a break on, like, the weekends aren't really a break. I'm like, yeah, we're parents. Nothing's a break. |
2:54.2 | You can't, you can't be like your job, you just have the kids all the time. Yeah. There's no break. No, there's no break. Even if you have a break, like even if we're off by ourselves doing something fun, it's like mentally. Nothing is a break ever. Even a trip is not a break. Like, no, exactly. It's never actually a break. I'm like, I know. That's just. |
3:17.0 | I don't know. I know. It really is true. It's like, I feel like from an outside perspective, it could look like, I'm thinking even a trip. I mean, the only true break, I guess, you could say would be if you and your partner went on a trip, didn't have your phones and, like, recharge for three days straight and didn't do anything. |
3:18.9 | Like, yeah, that's a breakish, I guess. |
3:21.1 | But even then you're still thinking about your kid. You're still like, okay, man, you know, mentally preparing for coming home and then like nothing you'll never, ever. It just is always on, I feel like. The definition of break has changed. Yes. And then there's no more. It really is true. It's just like you're never going to be off duty. But you know, I say that to my mom. I'm like, you know, they're just little. She's like, well, you know, even when they're adults, even when your kids are adults, you still worry about them and thinking about them. Yeah. I'm like, I guess that's just life. It's true. So I'm kind of make the most of it. It's true. Well, I'm sorry you're in a foul mood. Hopefully by the end of this episode, you'll come out of it. |
3:59.4 | I'm in a great mood because my mood is actually extremely influenced by the time of my cycle, like the time of the month for me. |
4:08.0 | And I'm in my what's it called after your period. |
