Challenges I face overall as an entrepreneur.

I can tell you some mine like for me you know scaling so hiring sales people

firing sales people marketing so we spent a lot of money on like ads and so

right now I'm paying for like TV I'm paying for

Facebook ads and paying for cold callers I'm paying for text messaging

CRM all is bullshit that should adds up a lot and I gotta make sure there's like a

return on all that stuff I I got four kids so you know my wife is wild.

Yeah all those same things I think the biggest thing is duplication like duplicating myself

getting people that's on board that can actually do the thing at the level that I do the thing you know that's one of the

biggest things that I've been struggling with similar to you as far as making sure that I'm

managing the finance you right because you make a lot of money yeah and did a lot of

money go out yeah a lot of money come in a lot of money go out so just really

being able to keep an eye on that I Getting the right people in place overall, right?

So as you hit a new level, now you need better CPA's, right?

I mean better attorneys.

Your team needs to grow, and I've been growing fast but the people around me

Having been growing at the same pace. Yeah

That's been a challenge, you know helping and kind of getting in new rooms. And it's really balancing family. That's a big thing,

I'm gonna be honest, you're balancing like work in like family. Yeah, but sounds like you don't

work a lot though because if you only have to meet with the management every other week, that's one hour, that's two hours a month.
