I am stronger than my strongest temptation. I am better than my best excuse and I'm always greater than my greatest craving.

I get to remind myself how strong, resolved, and committed I am.

I get to exercise the muscle of willpower and self mastery. It's a muscle that gets stronger every day. Things

get easier as I get better. Every craving that I overcome is a small victory worth celebrating because I

become a slightly stronger version of myself each time.

Every craving that I overcome gets me one step closer to the results that I want

and that is motivation enough to keep me going.

I'm constantly inspired by and encouraged by my own progress.
