And it's a growing genre for people to suggest ways out programs to quickly shift our lives and to get us on a path of happiness and fulfillment because this generation is suffering from loneliness,

depression at rates that are not only alarming but unprecedented. Suicide rates, isolation, all of these different things

that are growing in our time and a lot of people try to deal with that by going to Google and searching for something to quickly get them on the right path.

And it's about how do I make myself feel better and then this notion of self-care.

And sometimes self-care.

And sometimes self-care means, it's really just a nice way of saying

that I've given too much of myself to everybody else,

now I'm just going to do me. And so it's going to be a

radical shift of perspective and the way that I live my life now I've cared too

much about everybody else and no one else has reciprocated. I gave too much to life and life did not give back to me.
