It's really a great honor to be with you guys.

My wife and our five kids are here.

We moved to Phoenix in July and everyone asked, was it hot?

No, pizza of and it's hot.

And Phoenix in July is very hot.

And so we're really enjoying the winter.

And as soon as we got here, started meeting with pastors around the valley and one of the

most extraordinary things I've seen in all the places that I've been is the love, the

fellowship, the mutual concern and good will between pastors and churches across the entire

valley.

And so it has been a great honor and a joy to get to know some of the pastors here.

And actually, first found out about your church driving up the I-17, you guys got the

big billboard and you got the truck out front that says that you're buying the property

and moving there.
