Anxiety just pops up out of the blue. We have no idea where it came from. A lot of people get stuck

in like, why am I anxious now? I shouldn't be anxious. I'm living a good life, but the anxiety

just shows up. It doesn't matter how healthy someone is, how much money they have, how much power

they have, how great of a personal or social life they have, they can still be anxious. Often
