Hello, my friends and welcome back to another episode of big important conversations.

I was actually just talking to my vlog about this upcoming episode because this is a topic that I've done before. But as I

continue to grow and gain experience and really work with these fears my own life, there's

more that I always uncover. You know, for example, the fear of success episode, which is one of the

most popular episodes I've ever done, that was initially going to be just like one episode,

fear of success, one and done. But then it ended up being like this three part thing because it was really a lesson I was learning at that time. And I want to continue to update you guys because it's not like anything I said in the initial fear being seen episode is wrong or has changed. All that is completely true. That's like foundational. But this is where we're really getting into the nitty gritty.

And I'm understanding what the fear being seen really is and truly,

truly how to overcome it,

lessons that clearly I've been trying to learn throughout my own journey with being

seen because you guys know I'm on this journey with you.

So to begin this story,

I will say like this is something I've been working on in EFT at great
