thinking about? It cannot be that those are the two only issues.

How do you like that?

Hey, what do you do if you find out your sibling is asking your elderly parent for money behind your back.

You know what you do? You sit everybody down in a room and you say this is going to stop.

That was my two cents on that.

And make sure that you are checking the accounts of your

elderly friends and family because you know what these scams are out there and

those are also running rampant.

Mark did you hear about this scam about the the time share scam?

No.

Oh my God this is amazing. The New York Times, the Daily Podcast, talked about a scam that blew my mind.

It is basically somebody who has a timeshare gets a call and says hey you know we

have a we represent a firm that's buying timeshares. We have a Mexican buyer

blah blah blah and the long story short is that it starts costing the person all sorts of money that they send to Mexico to facilitate the transfer of the time share. This particular... the was you're not going to believe it. He literally was robbed of hundreds of thousands of

dollars for a time share that's probably worth like 20 grand. So why do I point this out?
