Summary
The Ohio State defense from last season was one of the best in recent memory. Now, after bringing back multiple starters including Denzel Burke and JT Tuimoloau, and adding an All-American safety from Alabama in Caleb Downs, the expectations for this years Buckeye defense are through the roof. In a season with several question marks regarding the QB situation, perhaps Ryan Day and Ohio State will need to have one of the best defenses in recent college football memory in order to beat Michigan, win the Big Ten conference, and make a run at a national championship.
