coming into town. I think you'll like the first guy, Will Howard from Kansas State.

I think people will love that that we got a quarterback in town today and Seth McLaughlin the center from Alabama.

Now people might not like that because he was the guy who made a lot of bad snaps in that

Michigan game. But first let's talk with they're both here today in Columbus and Merck you know a little bit about will Howard the family correct?

That's correct. Yep. We have a mutual friend. So I've kind of been in the inner circle if you will or just outside the inner circle.

You know kind of updating me on his visit here today.

Just honestly more background what kind of kitty is just all those type of personal things and I'll be honest with you as an Ohio State fan

I don't know how much he had around him at Kansas State, but he's put up

some pretty good numbers and some pretty big games over there. Maybe with a better

supporting cast and just his off the field what he does off the field just how you

know he's just a great kid and he's a leader and I think that's the one thing our I've come to learn from our common friend mutual friend is that he this kid leads a clubhouse right he does it the right way. He's not screaming yelling he just he's got a way of making people get behind him and get on board and I think for a one year stopgap if he ends up coming here I think he's the perfect guy.

I've always had a kind of a philosophy in sports that good players need to

play with good players to become greater players right I've never

understand in hockey where they get a first round pick if you're locally

you remember the player Ryan Joe Hanson in his first year Todd Richards had him playing on the

fourth line but you knew the kid was going to be a stud so my own thought was if he's your future number one center or the future of the

franchise why isn't he playing on the top line yeah there's gonna be growing pains

but good players should play with good players and it comes to my point he's got Kansas State they don't even

have close to the level of talent Ohio State does so wouldn't it wouldn't
