Summary
The biggest loss for the Ohio State football team in the spring window of the transfer poral was undoubtedly running back Dallan Hayden. The Buckeyes brought in a stud in Quinshon Judkins in the winter transfer window leaving Hayden as RB3 on the Ohio State depth chart for Ryan Day's offense. After the departure of RB coach Tony Alford to Michigan, it was all but certain that Hayden would leave Columbus, despite being in line to man the RB1 responsibilities in 2025. The biggest shock for many, is that Hayden elected to transfer to Colorado and play for the mighty Coach Prime in Deion Sanders.
