I'm Kevin Allyson, and every Thursday we release these special episodes where we look back at content from our earlier years.

Sometimes single stories, sometimes whole episodes, keep in mind that years ago people might have awarded things differently than they would today.

As always, the title of the whole series, Risk, is itself a content warning.

I'm Kevin Allyson, and this is the freak fan dango orchestra behind me now.

I'll tell you folks, we had such a blast, such a crazy blast in San Francisco doing our live shows at Sketchfest this past weekend.

We're just going to make this show four stories from those live shows.

We noticed a lot of the stories last weekend were about things that were out of place or people that were out of place.

So we called this episode out of place.

Our first story comes from the lovely and talented Nikki Glazer.

We got the title for this one off of Box of Cracker Jacks.

We call it Surprise Inside.

January 17th, 2009, the day that Sully landed that plane in the Hudson.

So I want you to picture what you were doing that day.

And this is what I was doing that day.

I just started seeing this guy.

I got my first boyfriend that night.

We had just established it on a bench outside of hotel. We were both living with our parents at the time.

So we had to meet up at hotels like we were cheating on our family.
