We're going to talk through all the players that I think your league mates are going to end up spending fools gold fab dollars on. There are some interesting pickups, I guess, this week for the most part. This is a great week if you're in an unsurious fantasy league because there are some prizes.

There are some gems on the wire, but not if you're in a deep league, not if you're in a serious league. Most of them are own. But there are still some guys that I think you could pad the bottom of your rosters with and feel good about over the second half of the season. listen, I understand I drafted a team for a friend of mine this summer. It's a 10 team,

like, non-competitive league. And there are some heavy hitters on the waiver wire. So I get not

every league is this crazy 12, 14, 16 team league with people who just watch football year round and

you can't find a scrap or a crumb on the waiver wire. So I realize I do have to go through these

types of players. Trey Benson's obviously the number one pickup on the week. James Connor is

going to be out for the season. Troy Benson is going to take that workhorse role now in the backfield for Arizona.

Now, I imagine Trey Benson is going to take almost all of what James Connor had.

The interesting part about Trey Benson and trying to decipher what's going to happen in that

backfield is Trey Benson was playing the passing down role this season while James Connor was the one to punch himself up there. He was getting goal line. He was getting the early down base carries, whatever. Trey Benson came in on third down, long down and distance. Now, Benson will take Connor's role. And because the coaching staff showed trust in him playing the passing down role, I do think there's a world. Now, we're always playing on the spectrum here. There's a world where Trey Menson now just operates as the three-down workhorse, right? And gets almost all of the work, which would actually make him borderline more of a valuable asset than James Connor by himself with Trey Benson eating into his workload. Do I think that's the most likely outcome? Probably not. I think they're going to get Amar DiMarcato involved. I think they activate someone from the practice squad, whether that's

Michael Carter or somebody else, and those guys will mix in to play long down and distance, maybe two

minute drills, that kind of stuff. But it obviously makes Tray Benson pretty much in every week,

top 20, probably at the lowest type of fantasy ranked running back with weeks where he'll obviously
