I always think deciding what goes into a season of television is like a very long and

exciting road trip in a car. So you know the beginning destination, you know where you started,

and you have a very good idea of where

you're going to. But all the side trips and all the attractions and all the restaurants you choose

and all the little places you decide to surprisingly suddenly go is based on who's in the car

with you. So you better have some really exciting, fun, creative people in that car,

and I have been blessed to have an amazing car full of people. The writers for in just like that
