Summary

June is Pride Month! So how did your favorite Deadly Diva start it off? By binging on Yuri on Ice, of course. This series has become a mega hit with gay men front and center. So in this episode of Outlaw Barz, Pride, A Deeper Love, the ladies deep dive into some of their favorite canonically LGBTQ characters because eff “Word of God” LGBTQ characters. Yes, I’m talking about you Korra & Asami. Haruka & Michiru of Sailor Moon were out and proud before anime-inspired Aang was a blip on the radar. (I will not rant. I will not rant...woosah.) Just like we crave full and robust representation of People of Color, we crave the same for our LGBTQ family. So we are going to focus on the best LGBTQ representations because we believe in focusing on what we want to universe to send our way.
