ooh shiny shiny, but it's powerful and very few people do it. My friend it is simply outlasting. Outlasting. Outlasting. You're not so funny. A lot of people say you know I want to have a

podcast or I want to write a book or I want to be featured in the media and they'll do it or try it a couple of times and then they'll go

oh you know maybe I had a success or maybe I had a small win but I'm not a

millionaire yet my face isn't on a billboard yet I'm not a Pulitzer Prize winning

author yet so well I tried that. No, no, no, no, my friends.

We are so quick to give up.

I heard this online the other day an old couple were interviewed. They'd

been married for I don't know something like 60 years and when they were asked you

know what's your secret or what's you know what what's why why do you last when other

marriages don't like tell us spill it spill it spill it what they said was you, we come from an era where we don't, we don't throw things away if they're broken. We fix them. We work on them. We stick with them. Now that's not to say everyone needs to remain married or stay in a toxic

marriage or any type of unhealthy relationship. But a lot of times we are quick to throw things away.

We actually aren't committed to what it is we say that we want.

Maybe it's a marriage, right?

Maybe it is a successful podcast in career or a successful writing career.

Are you simply outlasting by just sticking with it and remaining committed?

I mean think about it. with it is so easy to give up. Sometimes we even call that a pivot, always say I'm taking a break or you know I'm just called in this new direction.

And if that's the case, wonderful,

but that will feel very different to having this feeling
