darling wife Mary. She has been taking care of my children because they are sick and I have been sick because

because of my children. But today I am extremely extremely like wow honored to present to you an amazing conversation that I had with a spectacular man.

His name is Stephen McNutt and you should know him because I fawned all over him for many a season of Outlander and spoken about him at length,

about his cinematography in the job that he has done for not only Outlander, but also Battle Star Galactica.

And it's a fantastic conversation, and I've likened it to what I consider nerd porn, pretty much much which is basically if you really love

the ins and outs of filmmaking and what it takes to be a cinematographer what

a cinematographer, what a cinematographer does, how he works with the director

of a television show, and so on, then you are going to absolutely love this talk. So without further ado I present to you this

amazing solo chat that I had with Steve McNutt, a long-time cinematographer whose many credits include all of the

Battlestar Galactica series the TV shows and the TV movies, Caprica, Hellcats, Alcatraz, Person of Interest,

Rewind, Helix, Backstrom, the list goes on and on I could go on and on here, but we all know him as the cinematographer

for our favorite show on television right now, Outlander.
