some hiking, caught a pre-season baseball game, a little cactus league, and Dan's got a little bit of a burn.

But he's hanging in there.

We're going to dig into the news of the morning and yes that will include last night's Oscars.

Let's start though with earnings from Shutterstock.

Shutterstock is the company behind a lot of the images and the video that you see online shares

down 17% this morning after a fourth quarter that really wasn't bad.

I mean this this seemed like a solid quarter and I'm wondering if either expectations got out of whack or the

stock just got pricey to the point where they needed a blowout quarter.
