Hi everyone. I'm Ronnie and I'm Jessica and you're listening to Clean with me the podcast where we walk you through cleaning your house.

Hey everybody Jessica here and today we are going to discuss some things that I've been personally struggling with with my cleaning.

I have bouts of cleaning distress, I guess you can call it, where I will be really good for a while

and then I will just struggle and I have to sit and think about why am I having such a hard time with

getting things done lately. And a lot of that self-reflection and looking at my issues, I do

because I do the podcast. And before I record a podcast, I'll think, why am I having a hard time lately?

And my hope is that I will help you guys that maybe experience the same things, even if you're not right now, maybe you do sometimes.

I want you guys to get ready for the day get ready

for your cleaning session very important to have some kind of routine in the morning that keeps you

motivated and kind of sparks a cleaning session so i do the same things every time you know with some variation of course but I try to do

the same basic things before every cleaning session those of you that listen know you know I get

ready for the day do some basic makeup maybe it just makes me feel good about myself you don't have

to do that but personally I like to do like some basic makeup or skin care just put some you know oil lotion

on my face and then put my hair up change brush my teeth change my clothes that kind of thing

and that just kind of triggers my brain into it's ready you're getting ready for the day

you're getting ready for your cleaning session it's time to start being productive right and the days that i sleep in extra long i'm less likely to do that right away

and the longer i put it off and it's becoming harder and harder in the summer uh i started getting off

schedule and i noticed that my cleaning

went downhill when I got off schedule. So that's going to be point number one. But if you guys are

already ready for the day, let's go ahead and go into the laundry room and start a load of laundry.
