We're so grateful that you're in church today.

Listen, I'm excited because today I get to bring you a historic update on our Vue Somi building

project.

After a miracle purchase in 2021, we launched our first services on Easter.

Since the beginning, we've had a vision that this property would be a beacon of hope for

the city of South Miami and beyond.

From standing room only to additional seating, we've used this space to its full capacity

and prayed fervently that God would continue to make space.

And over the last year and a half, our building team has been working with the city

and our architectural firm to develop the new building plans. And today, I come

with our largest praise report yet. We've officially signed our construction contract to begin

the buildout of our brand new Somi location. I need you to praise God for a moment. Somebody

clap your hands.

Maybe you're saying, Rich, what does that exactly mean?

Well, listen, we officially break ground on Monday, August 4th, starting our 24-month building

timeline.

And as we begin, we are projecting our current building costs to be $32.5 million with a goal

to finance no more than 50%.

That's about $16.5 million.
