pleasure. And now, without further ado, I present Cyrus the Lost Tapes.

Hello! Coming at you from a hidden alcove near the beach where I woke up this morning.

I brought the girl here because, well, I wasn't really sure where else to go.

She doesn't know I'm recording.

Once I got her settled, I picked up tacos from a nearby stand.

She's still eating hers, so I stepped away to collect my thoughts.

We're lucky we got away from the helicopter crash when we did.

A crowd was starting to gather, from what I could tell people on board weren't hurt,

but we didn't want to wait around to find out for sure.

So far, she hasn't opened up to me.

Like, at all, hasn't even told me her name?

I don't think she trusts me, but she also knows she doesn't have another option.

I'm trying not to push it.

Honestly, it's a welcome distraction from my own problems, although being back on this beach does stir up a lot of questions.

I think I hear her crying?

Hey, you okay?

Go away, Cyrus! It's not your job to look after me.

Like, totally trouble.
