Carl, let's give the listeners maybe that aren't aware a bit of a background or a bit of an overview

as to the role of federal spending on medical care as compared to the rest of the

budget and just kind of outline the topic for the listeners.

Sure. Um, medical spending is divided into two main parts in the federal budget.

Medicare, which is for old people.

And Medicaid, which is for people that don't have any money
