All right, everybody, welcome on in through another episode of Out and about, I am super pumped

for this because we are going to be talking about something that I've been flapping my

gums for about for the past couple of weeks and that is virtual pride.

Specifically, police officers not being able to march in the parade if they're in uniform

and everything that comes with that and instead of me just actually talking about it,

I brought on one person from each side of the fence to state their claim and say why the

other person is wrong and why they're right.

So this is a two-part show.

The first interview is going to be with Dan Demand.

So I might be saying his name wrong, but he is actually the media director of NYC Pride.

So we're going to talk to him about what exactly the organization does, how they plan for Pride,

how they've done prides in the past and we're going to talk a little bit about the police stuff

that I've been talking about.

So he's going to be our first interview.

Our second interview is going to be a lady by the name of Anna.

I'm not going to say her last name right now because I don't want to screw it up when

I ask her how to pronounce it, when she gets on here.

But she is the vice president of the Gay Officers Action League in New York City.
