That's right, over the weekend, I got dumped, I got broken up with, it happened on Saturday.

It's something that I felt like I needed to talk about, I needed to vent about.

So that's exactly what this episode is.

Kate and I sat down, we recapped my relationship over the past year, how it started, how it ended, and everything in between.

So that's what this episode is. It's self-serving, it felt good to vent.

I hope I don't sound too bitter, but it's something that's kind of big that happened in my life over the weekend.

So I hope that by sharing this story, you guys got to know a little bit more about me and about what I'm going through and what I go through.

We're recording this on a Tuesday and every week, I bitch at Kate to be more open about her personal life because I think that's what makes the podcast interesting.

I think one of the things that we do is kind of just go over headlines, which we find relevant and interesting, but it's not really like that, like, salacious and relatable.

I just talked shit about our own podcast.

But you know what I mean? It's like I find the most interesting things are when people on a podcast like really open up and really talk about in an honest way what's going on in their lives, which is why I call her daddy I think is so successful.

It's why other like bigger podcasts are so successful.

So one of the things that I'm going to do on this podcast is just that I'm going to talk about what happened to me over the weekend, which is the fact that I got dumped.

Oh, in the worst possible way.

Fuck. And it sucks because well, first of all, normally you're the one dragging it out of everybody else.

And you're like, well, you need to talk about yourself more. And I'm like, well, look at you.

Well, when are we going to hear more about you?
