| 1:48.5 | launch a version of Instagram for kids under 13. The letter was submitted by the |
| 1:52.6 | National Association of Attorneys Generals after BuzzFeed news first reported |
| 1:57.7 | in March that Facebook was planning to launch Instagram for kids. In the letter |
| 2:02.3 | pretty straightforward, Facebook has historically failed to protect the welfare |
