but we've given a few episodes to the power of words and speech and the different

ramifications. To the credit of our listeners, we definitely deserve to give it another

episode because the seriousness, maybe is not the right word, maybe that's not a serious enough word, the

the, I see I'm at a loss for words, the intrinsic value or significance of our speech and how it influences what we do and what we don't do is it's

this perhaps this week of the year more than any other needs to be brought to the forefront

of our consciousness as you've been hearing from us the last few weeks we are are wrapping up the three, what we call in Cabala, the three weeks, three of the potentially most challenging weeks of the year.

We're now on the sixth day, so we have another few days left. By the time we get to next week's episode, it'll be fully over. But the reality is that, historically

speaking, this has been a time of tremendous destruction. And when we understand what the

wisdom of Kabbalah says about words, we understand that being mindful of our words is one of the

most powerful ways to prevent destruction and

chaos in our own lives. And the weekly energy boost is always a seven-day spiritual weather
