And here's your 30-second summary. It took two and a half years of trying, but at last

56 travelers and 12 seagulls spent eight magical days together. This is the story of the History

Hello and welcome to the show. Today, do we have a treat for you? Well, we just got back

0:52.0

from our very first History Chicks field trip and we thought we would let you behind the scenes

0:57.0

as to what happened while we were gone. And this isn't just going to be like travel loggy. We

that had been signed up at some point to go on this trip. Ultimately, there were 50 of Ulysseners

Becca and her dad, me and my brother and Laura Hart and her husband Sam, who I thought of as our

2:04.0

adult chaperones because whenever we were like, now what, they would take care of us. Yeah.

2:10.0

With Laura at the front of the tour and Sam bringing up the rear so that nobody got lost,

2:15.5

we made our way all around London and different areas in the UK. I don't know how she was behind

2:20.8

the scenes, but man, Laura was calm. Oh, no kidding. She was an ocean of calm. She was dealing with

2:27.4

some unprecedented situations. I mean, COVID, of course, which we'd been dealing with for years
