One week after killing Paul Castelano, the boss of bosses, we go around to

the captains and we're talking to them about the head. We're sitting down with the

Cozyer, Joe Gallo. We're setting up an appointment in Caesar's East in Manhattan, a

restaurant that I owned. I was a piece of that restaurant.

We invited all the captains to come down. Whoever drove them, which would be a

made guy, would be allowed in the basement with them. Just the captains. Joe

Gallo would head the meeting, Frankie DeCicco, and John Gotti would sit on

either side. Me and Angelo would Jerio would stand behind the captains with guns.

I had people upstairs so the people who drove them there would be told you're

not allowed in the basement. If there was any kind of an issue I was called, I
