| 0:00.0 | Good morning, everyone, everyone, good evening, good afternoon, wherever you are, and welcome to this week's weekly energy boost. |
| 0:18.8 | My name is Elisheva, and I'm here this beautiful Monday morning with David. |
| 0:22.0 | Hello. And we are super excited to share with you the wisdom and tools to help you expand your soul's capacity. |
| 0:31.1 | The weekly energy boost is a seven-day spiritual energy forecast, spiritual weather forecast, where David and I and sometimes guests will share |
| 0:40.7 | with our listeners the most powerful and practical tools to navigate the coming week. |
| 0:45.2 | And inevitably, we end up sharing life lessons and tools and wisdom. |
| 0:49.1 | We do that by pouring over the wisdom of Kabbalah every week and sharing with you what works for us, |
| 0:55.1 | as well as what works with all of the people we've worked with over the years, |
| 0:59.0 | and occasionally you get to hear cute anecdotes and powerful stories about that as well. |

| 1:32.1 | And in Kabbalah, it also refers to, it might refer to that sometimes, but it also refers |
| 1:37.2 | to our capacity to experience joy and fulfillment, our capacity to influence, to impact our capacity for creativity and |
| 1:48.5 | inspiration and so much more. So it is more than just about how much I can get. It is also about |
| 1:55.0 | how much I can experience. This is one of my favorite topics because it pretty much puts the rest the question, why do I not have what I want? |
| 2:06.5 | And what I just love about the concept that the soul is the vessel for the light and the light represents all that fulfillment is if I don't have the vessel for it, there's nothing I can do to force that energy |
| 2:19.9 | in, right? So if we had to look at it numerically. First of all, how would you define vessel? |
| 2:27.0 | So vessel is the capacity to receive something. And if you're versed in the study of Kabbal, especially the foundational principles, |
| 2:38.0 | we've learned that our soul, which is a vessel for the light of the Creator, |
| 2:43.0 | and the body is a vessel for the soul. |
