When thinking back on our journey, there is one attribute that we can refer to for our confidence

in the direction that we are headed.

Our mentors.

It's hard to overstate the value of a good mentor, from emotional support and career guidance

to intellectual sparring partner.

Teachers have been absolutely crucial to our adult lives.

They can be a coach, a teacher, or just someone with a tad more life experience.

While not everyone may be lucky enough to find someone they can call a mentor, sometimes

the best mentors are the people around us.

Our teachers are school, our parents, or even our friends.

And Amar and I would not be here today without the guidance and advice of the trusted individuals

that we look to for insight.

Having been friends with Amar for six years now, I can safely say that one of his greatest

qualities is to surround himself with amazingly smart and caring mentors.

So today, we decided to invite one of his most recent mentors, Maha Abuelinin.

Maha is a fellow podcast host, does Gary Vaynerchuk's PR, and is one of the most fearless

networkers we've ever met.
