Hey y'all. Listen. Hey, hey, hey. If you're listening right now, I don't know what I was going to say there. I really don't. I was waiting. What? Yeah, I thought it was going to be something really deep. you know, sometimes, do you ever think like, well, my mind will figure it out.

Like I'll just start the sentence and then it'll come to me and then it just doesn't.

No, because that's why I sucked at improv, because that's why I couldn't do the freeze tag game.

Because when other people were like, I'll figure it out.

Like somebody will freeze in a position, I'll go take their position and I'll come up with something. I was always like no I won't

I'll come up with nothing and then I'll stand there.

Because your mind is telling yourself you'll come up with nothing. You are told, let me tell you,

let me tell you something else. Let me, let me me I wasn't even going to tell you about this I was so

embarrassed I have been in a shame spiral for an entire week and I didn't even tell you and we've talked a lot

about a lot of things I should be in a shame spiral about but this I didn't tell you.
