If you have a Bible and I hope you do, the beauty of the gospel, the God has saved us.

He's freed us from the power and the penalty of sin.

He's put us in Christ who's now our life.

So we've got to get to surrender our lives.

Our lives are yours and we're your servants.

It's not radical version of Christianity.

This is biblical Christian. This is what it means to be a follower of Christ.

We don't call the shots. He calls the shots.

podcast my hope for it that God might see fit to use His word in it to encourage you on mission in the world.

And so I think it helpful to follow that up by providing a picture of the world that we live in and by bringing

God's word to shed light on how we must live in this world.

And I use that word must in light of Romans chapter 1

verse 14 so I want to read the opening verses of the book of Romans and then I want to
