to a vaccine. But if you keep turning corners, you are actually going in circles.

That's Gary Casperov. He's perhaps the greatest chess player of all time. He's

also a human rights activist, an outspoken critic of Vladimir Putin, and the chairman of

the Renewed Democracy Initiative, a nonprofit that aims to defend liberal democracies around

the world. In December of 2017, Gary joined me on Stay Tuned to discuss his unusual journey

from world chess champion to Russian dissident, to his life in the US as an exile. We also

spoke at length of that Vladimir Putin, and the tactics that he used to soak chaos around
