Welcome to another edition of the warning. I have thrilled today to be joined by the long time host and

moderator of Meet the Press, the legendary NBC newsman Chuck Todd, who I've known for a very, very long time.

If I can call you legendary, sadly that means that I'm approaching an age. I don't want to talk about,

but I think we're both of the same ilk. Look, I've known you, you've known me since I was,

I was at a trade publication called The Hotline, which for better, for worse, started the newsletter

revolution. I say for better, for worse, or some days, I'm not sure whether we've had what we brought.

And, you know, I think I first met you and you were a house guy, right?

Might have even still had some hair.

That I don't believe.

I think you went into your credit.

You took the Marine look and you ran with it. In all seriousness, I'm thrilled that I have some

time with you to talk about what's happening in the country, what's happening in the media. For

everybody listening, I have an enormous amount of respect for Chuck. There's a test that

we've had our run-ins.

And I say this, they were always professional.

But we've had our run-ins and we've yelled at each other.

For sure.

But it was sort of what I would call normal yelling.

Or as they'd say and show me the move, show me the money movie.

We were just communicating.
