We have a new star. We have a new story.

We have a new comeback story. We have a new hero of these Olympics. It's Alyssa Lou. It's

Alyssa Lou. It's been 24 years since we have seen a United States of America female figure

skater take gold at the Winter Olympics.

It's been since 2002. And the cool thing is, if any of you all remember, of course, that was

Sarah Hughes. She was in the stands watching Alyssa Liu win gold. That was such a cool, full circle moment.

They showed her watching, and of course, all of us are thinking, could she be watching, finally, the drought ending?

Alisa Lou, folks, is the hero we need right now in a lot of ways, And she taught us a lot of lessons at 20 years old.

This young lady skates with and she bounces around life and on camera with a joy that we all

need to pay attention to for a lot of reasons. But folks, I assume you were watching. But history was

just made and a remarkable moment just took place at the Olympics. Alyssa Lou, yes, she's the first American to do so in a long time, Robes. But this young lady pulled off something that is admirable and unlikely. She retired from this sport at 16. Why? Because she didn't like it. Because she got burnt out. And you know what? She took some time off. She came back and said, I love what I'm doing and came back without the same pressure.

And lo and behold, robes, look what happens.

She wins gold. I said to you, I just watched a 20-year-old show the world something. It's taken me 50 years to figure out.

And I'm still figuring it out. We are all in each one of our lives so invested in

the outcome of everything. We want to control everything and we heard her give an interview and
