You might have heard of it, you might have listened, you might be a subscriber yourself.

In November of 2015, right as the political election in the United States was ramping

up, these two women with opposing, conservative and liberal views began recording conversations

between the two of them with the goal of listening to each other first and talking politics

second.

Ever since the elections, it is no secret that having respectful conversations about politics

feels like a novel concept.

I would be the first to admit that I found conversations about politics with friends and

family often times harder than ever.

Maybe we could all admit this to ourselves.

Sarah and Beth know this tension full well and have made it their intention with their

podcast and with their life to pursue political conversations to learn from each other rather

than just walking into discussions trying to win.
