Summary

Today we are heading to the beach!  It's July 3rd and Los Angeles County has closed the beaches in order to "curb the spread of the virus."  It is absolutely ridiculous.  Just a few days ago Gavin Newsom and Eric Garcetti were encouraging mass protests of thousands in the street.  If Black Lives Matter can protest -- families can spend their holiday weekend at the beach.

That's why we've created the Independence Day Autonomous Zone.  We have a MASSIVE banner that we'll be placing across the beach in Venice.  If you're in town, come stop by and see our piece of opinion journalism.  We'll be there as long as we can be!

Take care and have a great Independence Day Weekend.  We'll be broadcasting live on Periscope from the beach if you can't join us.  You can follow along on our Twitter here: https://twitter.com/AP_Scoop
