Summary
John 17:6-9 - I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me out of the world. Yours they were, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word. 7 Now they know that everything that you have given me is from you. 8 For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you, and they have believed that you sent me.

| 0:42.3 | the morning mindset. All right, we are still in John chapter 17. We are |
| 0:46.8 | considering and pondering the words of Jesus as he was praying. Now as I've |
| 0:53.3 | said, examining the way that Jesus prayed is a very instructive thing for us |
| 0:58.6 | because it helps us recognize the kinds of things that we can pray about. It |
| 1:03.4 | helps us understand the kinds of things we can express to God. But most |
| 1:08.1 | importantly, I think it helps us understand Jesus heart because this is where |
| 1:12.4 | he is having a one-on-one conversation with his father. And there's so much to |
| 1:17.2 | learn here. We are down to verse number six in chapter 17. In Jesus speaking to |
| 1:23.0 | his father, says, I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me |
| 1:30.3 | out of the world. Yours they were and you gave them to me and they have kept your |
| 1:36.2 | word. Now they know that everything that you have given me is from you. For I've |
| 1:42.5 | given them the words that you gave me. And they've received them and have come to |
| 1:47.3 | know in truth that I came from you. And they have believed that you sent me. |
